What is counselling?
Counselling is series of one-to-one sessions between you and your counsellor. Counselling can help you address personal and emotional issues that may be causing you distress. Counselling offers an opportunity to talk confidentially to someone impartial, so you are free to explore how you feel and be supported, without judgment.

Clinical Supervision
We deliver Clinical Supervision using the Hawkins and Shohet 7 Eyed Model and currently offering supervision to counsellors and also to those working in supportive/pastoral care professions, especially within the education/health sectors. For counsellors, supervision is an essential professional requirement to ensure effective and ethical practice. Supervision can also help allied professionals to have a space to explore and reflect upon the impact of their work. As Person-Centred supervisors our aim would be to always offer the core conditions of empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard to ensure a supervisory relationship that is based on mutual respect, safety and trust.
